These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you and Grime Busters Oven Cleaning. By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms set out on this page. They ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth experience for every customer.

Bookings and Appointments

All appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by Grime Busters Oven Cleaning. Access to the property must be available at the agreed time, and any changes to your booking should be communicated as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Cancellation and Short-Notice Policy

We understand that plans can change, but cancellations and last‑minute amendments impact our ability to operate efficiently. For this reason, any cancellation, reschedule or failure to provide access with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full service price being payable. This charge covers the appointment slot, travel time and loss of work that cannot be reallocated at short notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply if the appliance is significantly dirtier than described, requires unexpected disassembly, or if extra services are requested during the visit.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe access to the appliance, adequate lighting and a working power supply. Personal items, cookware and accessories should be removed from the oven prior to our arrival. If the appliance is not accessible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and short‑notice charges may apply.

Our Responsibilities

Grime Busters Oven Cleaning will carry out all work with care, professionalism and respect for your home. We use industry‑approved cleaning products and methods designed to protect your appliance. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on the age and condition of the oven.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre‑existing faults, wear and tear, or damage caused by previous cleaning attempts. Customers must inform us of any known issues before work begins. Grime Busters Oven Cleaning is fully insured, and any accidental damage caused by our team will be handled in line with our insurance policy.

Service Limitations

Some appliances may have components that cannot be safely removed due to age, corrosion or manufacturer design. In such cases, we will clean the appliance to the highest standard possible without risking damage.

Agreement

By booking a service with Grime Busters Oven Cleaning, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept that they form the basis of our working relationship.
